The Viewer is only available for download at MS, to my knowledge. http://officeupdate.microsoft.com/downloadDetails/ppview97.htm

The download from math.utah is the old version and doesn't include the 2000
updates of 8/99, based on the last modified date. I can't tell about the second
link. The third link http://www.grasso.nl/FILES/ppview.htm appears to be the
most recent version.
