how do I convert ppt notes pages to pdf?

Hi

If you have Acrobat Distiller I would print your notes to a Postscript file,
using a colour postscript printer driver, and make the PDF from that.

You have to select "Notes Pages" under the "Print what:"
window of the Print menu.

We create and print PDF files from the notes page all the
time.

If you want a little more control over the page layout of the PDFs, make
Word docs out of the presentation first. Then make the PDF from the Word
file.

File > Send to > Word and choose your options. In Word you can further
adjust the tables, add page numbers, headers, whatever.
