Copy the image from PPT into MS Paint.
Then press 'Ctrl'+ 'A' to select all of the image.
Next go to 'Image' at the top of the page.
Choose 'Flip/Rotate' and choose 'Rotate by Angle'
Finally choose how much you want to rotate it by
e.g. 90* 180* 270*
click 'OK' and then copy it back to PPT.
