PowerPoint Viewer and Speaker Notes

When I created a CD with "Package for CD" feature, I can't access the speaker
notes during the slide show. PowerPoint opens with "Viewer".

That's correct. The Viewer is not designed for use by a speaker/presenter and
simply shows the presentation. If you want to see the notes you need to use the
PowerPoint application. If you don't want the Viewer to be included on your CD,
de-select it in the Options when you run Package for CD.
