PowerPoint doesn't understand multi-page TIFF files. You'll need to find a way
of breaking it up into individual TIFs, one per page or better yet, saving them
as PNGs. Then you'll be able to insert the PNGs into your PPT slides (via
Insert, Picture, From File).
It looks like IrfanView (www.irfanview.com -- free for non-commercial use) can
extract individual images from multipage tiffs.

Your best bet is to open the multi page TIFF file in an application that
supports multi page tiffs.
Then save each page as a single TIF / or PNG or JPG etc
Then insert each page into powerpoint
or take the easy route...
