How to create tv-static animation?

I want to have this static Tv animation and den change to the next slide. so
its like
1st slide, tv static animation, and den the 2nd slide. It will be really
cool. Can the experts teach me how to do this? thanks!

I guess you would need some flash to create tv-static.

Or you could do some photoshop tricks.

Or you could use an animated gif

But who knows, I am not an expert on animation. There are others who will
jump in and produce better ideas.

Would this work:
Black slide
Create a large number of random grey /white lines and group them
Copy and place the copy in a slightly different location
Give each group an emphasis animation of flash bulb -with previous- repeat
till end of slide and adjust the delay so that they are out of sync.

Make sense?
