Unable to change to horizontal in Org Chart using SmartArt

I am using PPT 2007.
When I create the org chart using the SmartArt
Insert - SmartArt - Hierarchy - Organization Chart.
I could not be able to add third layer/level of employee in Horixontal
Direction, it is in vertical to the second layer, how could I do it, can
somebody help?

Hi,

Select the graphic| on the Design tab| the button under the "Create graphic"
section that reads "Add shape"| click the drop down arrow and select "Add
shape after". But it does not add a connector. Is that what you were asking?

No, this still does not solve my problem.
let's say like this.
first level
GM
Mgr 1, Mgr 2, Mgr 3,
Employee1, Employee 2, Employee 3,

I want 3 employees in third level to be placed Horizontally not vertically
to Mgr1 by using the Organization Chart. (Design | Layouts | Organization
Chart), actually i could do that thru (Design | Layouts | Labeled Hierarchy),
but when i select this layout, the assistant shape to the first box is
disabled.

select mgr1 and add shape below, select it again and add shape below, with the last shape you added go again for add shape above, now you can start adding before or after in that 3rd level, if you ever delete the 4th level then you'll have 'em vertical again, so you gotta cut the smartart diagram and go to paste special and select picture enhanced metafile, need to ungroup it twice and then just remove the 4th level..... hope this helped you and it wasn't too late...
