Select the graphic| on the Design tab| the button under the "Create graphic"
section that reads "Add shape"| click the drop down arrow and select "Add
shape after". But it does not add a connector. Is that what you were asking?

I want 3 employees in third level to be placed Horizontally not vertically
to Mgr1 by using the Organization Chart. (Design | Layouts | Organization
Chart), actually i could do that thru (Design | Layouts | Labeled Hierarchy),
but when i select this layout, the assistant shape to the first box is
disabled.

Another deadhead from EggHead. Why don't you look at the time stamp next
time before going off on a 2 year old post? Do you really expect the OP to
be monitoring the post from that long ago?
