Download and install the compatibility pack from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=941B3470-3AE9-4AEE-8F43-C6BB74CD1466&displaylang=en

Note that you must install *all* high priority Windows Updates in order for
this to work. (Well, except IE 7.0 -- you don't have to install that.)

well u can open ppsx file in powerpoint 2003.
All u need is file format converter which u can download it for free from microsoft website.

click download to download the file and install it.

Then just save ur .ppsx file as .ppt file.
