Meeting minder, speakers notes in PPT

There are several times I've used these, for instance at a planning
meeting, where we wanted input from the (internal) audience before
giving the presentation elsewhere.

Couple of good reasons:

Meeting Minder is especially helpful when you are presenting to a team and
you want to keep a running task list - you can add to items on that slide as
you go on and discuss ideas.

The speaker notes are just excellent for use in multimedia web-based
training using the PowerPoint format. The speaker notes (if added to each
slide) can be viewed while you can use the entire slide space for graphics,
if necessary and little text. Finally, MS Agent is absolutely the coolest
thing I have used with PPT and the speakers notes area are where you
"program" the Agent to "speak and animate" through your presentation.

So lots of useful stuff in those utilities..
