Inserting Chemdraw Structures into Powerpoint

I noticed that when I insert Chemdraw Structures into
Powerpoint 2000, the figures are very blurry and
distorted. I'm wondering what is the best way to post
these figures. By the way, this is using a Macintosh
computer.

It's PC-centric, but then you've posted your question on (cue the Darth
