I have a powerpoint presentation with over 200 slides... I
wanted to transfer the ppt slides over to a word document.
I want the slides to look exactly the same as they are on
the presentation, but smaller. What I have been doing it
saving the slides as metafiles and inserting them in as
pictures... The thing is, I have to resize them everytime
I insert one, which is a pain because like I said I have
over 200. Does anyone know how I can get these slides to
paste smaller or all at once to the word document? This is
about to drive me crazy. Any suggestions?

Jen,
There is a much easier way. On the "File" menu, see "Send to..."? Click and
slide over to "Word". It will ask how you want the slides sent (slides,
notes, etc.). You can even link the files if you want. When it is done
processing, you will be looking at a Word document with your presentation.
You can format it as you like. (Oh, and most of the formats are tables, so
you can use the table features to remove/change things as you desire.)

Let us know if this isn't what you are looking for.

Just a tip...a 200-slide pres is going to make for a really big Word file.
Long story why, but you can minimize the damage...when you do the Send to
Word, select Paste Link. Then when the process is complete, in Word do Edit
> Links and break all the links. This could lop off a lot of otherwise wasted
filespace. Echo gets credit for this, and I use it all the time.
