Write protecting PPT files

I need to protect a PPT file from being altered after it is burnt onto
CD. I know I can select the read only option, but anyone can uncheck
that and edit it. Is there a fairly simple way to do this?

At this time PowerPoint does not provide this feature.

We have developed a stand alone application that
will allow you to add protection to your presentations
and maintain compatibility with PowerPoint or the
PowerPoint Viewer.

Stop by the ALADat web site at http://www.aladat.com
and check out the features PrezGuard Pro offers. You can
also download a shareware version of PrezGuard Pro and
give it a try.

Just the fact that it's on a CD will stop people changing the
presentation....
unless of course the copy the presentation to Drive C:
