I am in an online class, i had to submit a PP with audio, which i did to
blackboard and other students were able to open it. I then uploaded it to my
instructor, she cannot open it. I converted from 2007 to 97-2003, she still
is unable to open. I then created a PDF file, but can't get the audio to
play,if someone out there knows how to get sound on the PDF file, that would
be great, if that is even possible. so help with either of these issues would
be great. Thanks
-- I need to get this in for my final grade. I work from home and have no
experts to help me.

I think your instructor needs to download the Viewer. Send this link:

Converting PPT to PDF with sound is probably more trouble than you want to get
into. It might be better to see if we can figure out why your instructor can't
open the file.

Can she open the files from other students?

Can one of the other students (who CAN open your file) grab it and send it to
the instructor for you?

What happens at her end? Does she get error messages or what?

How do you upload it to her?

Can she just get it from blackboard like the other students are doing?

I then created a PDF file, but can't get the audio to
