you can adjust the first indent by manually moving the bottom slider
displayed on the top (landscape) ruler.
additional tab settings can be added by clicking on the bottom of the ruler
edge and sliding the new tab settings into place. you can change the style
of the tab setting (eg. left, right or centre aligned) by clicking on the
icon at the top of the left ruler (it looks like a L shape).

1. Assuming you're using 2007, make sure you select all the text you want to
indent. In 2003, you didn't have to do this -- the indent applied to all
text in the textbox. In 2007, the indents are for individual "paragraphs" of
text, so you have to select all the text in the textbox.
2. You may need to delete any extraneous tabs or spaces you've placed in
there in order for the wrap to wrap properly.
3. If you need to break a line and drop text to the next indented line
(without creating a new bullet point), use Shift+Enter.
