3 Level SmartArt - Radial Cycle

Like most problems the answer I am hoping is very simple.

In PP07 when adding a SmartArt Radial Cycle it offers 2 levels. Level 1 is
the centre and level 2 is the outer cycle that can have multiple info points.

I want 3 levels, so I need to add another cycle going around the level 2. I
can't seem to find any posts that talk about 3 levels.

Is it possible?

There's not a way to add another circle surrounding the center and first
circle (2nd level). You can copy the existing shapes and paste them on the
slide itself and create a third level manually.

No, it's not possible "out of the box".

If you had very good XML knowledge, you could try to alter the SmartArt
template.

Or you create two SmartArts, a small one for level 1 and 2, a large one for
level 3. Then overlay them.
