It's possible to embed a web browser control and write your own VBA code to
make it do what you want. Assuming you can write the VBA. You'd still have to
install it on each PC where you want this to work and teach the users how to
run it.

LiveWeb is free and saves you all that fooling around.
Kinda hard to argue with, isn't it? ;-)
