Printing Notes Pages in PPT

Hope someone can help...

I have several files that I am trying to print in Notes
Page view. For some reason it prints in the view i.e.
slide at the top, portrait with space underneath. It will
not print the notes attached to the slides.

I have tried changing the font, options in tools menu, etc
but for 2 or 3 files it does not work.

I can't send you the files because they are company
files. Do you have any suggestions?

If you go to View/Black and White and right-click the placeholder in the
notes area, what's selected under B/W settings?
