You can hit the Print Screen key on your keyboard to get the whole
screen, or you can hold down the Alt key and hit the Print Screen key.
That copies a picture of the screen or the active window on the screen.
You can then paste that picture into an application, preferably a picture
editing program (like Adobe Photoshop), but you can also paste it
directly into PowerPoint (or Word).

I use a nice little piece of freeware called wingrab 1.50.09
there is another that is a similar name this is the one i recommend
