I want to insert a particular web page as an example to a powerpoint
presentation. How will I be able to copy the whole web page including the url

Hi

Michael's solution will work if you have an internet connection when you
present but it may be more than you need - would a screen shot do? Or do you
need to interact with the webpage? If a screen shot is sufficient use
Alt+Prnt Scrn when you have the web browser selected and paste into
PowerPoint.
