How do I add video to my powerpoint presentation?

Hi All,

I found a great video on-line that I would to include in my powerpoint
presentation.

I'm not that savvy with powerpoint, but I'm positive there's a way to
add video.

If anyone can offer some simple instructions, I would greatly
appreciate it!

If your video is compatible with PPT, e.g., mpeg or avi, and if it's not
rights protected, you can do the following:

Create a new folder
Save your presentation into the folder
Save the video into the folder
On the slide into which you want to insert the video, go to Insert > Movies
& Sound > Movie from File
Browse to your new folder and video
Select the video then Hit OK
Select Automatically or When Clicked to establish how you want the video to
start

Usually, the online video is Youtube video. Google Video. or QuickTime
Video.
