Helllo everybody,

since one month, we have in our society a certain number of PPT presentation
that can't be opened anymore !

The error message is something like 'error opening file. Try to save your
work, close PPT and reboot your computer'. Fine, but as the file could not
be opened, i can't save it ! ! !

The problem is that we have many important PPT presentation, and i don't
want that all our presentations be crashed...

Is anybody having the same kind of problem, or has anyone heard of it ?

Is it a virus (i doubt) ?

Thanx for your help.

Christophe, one thing to try is opening a new blank presentation, and then
Insert/Slides from file. You may be able to recover the bulk of your existing
presentations, but you may lose some of the formatting.

Try to create a new presentation then inserting the slides from file to get
the files open - if this works, save the files with a new name and get rid of
the old.

Good Luck
