inserting marquee / scrolling text in ppt slide

Hi , I am using powerpoint 2002, I would like to insert a marquee/scrolling
text in my slide, there does not seem to be a provision of inserting this ,
as i cannot find insert->component->marquee in my ppt. can somebody help,

One option is to use scrolling text, which will simulate a marquee:

If you want your text to disappear, TAJ has a tutorial that will simulate
that:

As you have 2002, it is not too difficult.
