I really like the Presenter View option, where I see a "control panel"
screen on my notebook while the audience sees the full PP slide. However, I
would like to make the font size of my speaker notes larger, so that I can
read it more easily - especially when the environment doesn't allow for me
to have the notebook directly in front of me. I have tried changing the
font size in Notes View, but the change doesn't "stick" when I go to
Presenter View. Does anyone know of a way to make the Speaker Notes text
larger?

Tim,

Never used Presenter View so don't know. But, you can zoom in on your speaker
notes while working on them in the notes pane. I'd love to know if the size of
the zoom affects how they are displayed when viewing. Doubt it, though.

I just tried it (I have a dual monitor setup on my desktop machine), and it
made no difference at all. There doesn't seem to be a lot of flexibility in
terms of customizing Presenter View.

Another possibility.
Try using the dual monitor set up that Glen Millar described by viewing
notes and then...
Right click on any toolbar and select the Outlining Toolbar.
On this toolbar is a button for that has a small A and a Large A. (probably
to the far right or at the bottom depending on where the toolbar comes up)
The function of this button is to toggle Show formatting, which allows you
limited ability to change the formatting of fonts in your notes.

This is for XP not sure about 2000

Trey,

I was using a scroll mouse to zoom in.

Actually, you can highlight the text in the notes page, right click and
select Font. I increased it from about 12 to 40. It didn't make any
difference on screen but may affect printing. Ah, yes! It does affect the
print output. Maybe it affects the presenter view?
