Since the free 2003 Viewer will run from pretty much any media and doesn't need
to be installed to a PC first, you could just copy the necessary files to
whatever the U3 drive shows you as a disk and you should be good to go.
Do you have the full PowerPoint 2003?

My problem is that I use addware Music Span with PP and want to run it
on different machines. When I tried to run it from a Flash drive on
another machine, it didn't played music added with Music Span. If I had
an U3 version of PowerPoint I think it would solve my problem.
I have PP2000.

When you mentioned "PowerPoint reader", I thought you meant the free viewer, not
the full PowerPoint itself, which is a very different matter.
I get the impression that the U3 would require apps that don't need to be
registered on he host computer. PPT very definitely needs to be registered.
