Please can you tell me which NES/Gameboy/GBC/GBA emulators are the
best for Windows Mobile 5 (Pocket PC)?

I would like to run it on Mio A501 device.

Except for GBA, probably your best choice is SmartGear. For GBA, I prefer
PocketGBA.

You might also want to read my dedicated roundups; I've published several
emulator-related articles & roundups.
