I installed ozVGA, per instructions. One part was extrating a VGAres.zip file
to the \Windows directory. (My device is an HP iPAQ rx3115 with WM2003SE.)
After the next soft-reset, some (actually a LOT) of the system icons were
crummy. How can I restore the original files that VGAres.zip changed back to
the origionals WITHOUT hard resetting my iPAQ? (My ROM version is 1.01.11, if
you need to know.)

After you hard reset your device, you might reconsider installing a VGA tool
on a Quarter VGA device. Hard to say how you would undo installing software
not intended for your PPC.
