Hi

Anyone know if you can get netmeeting for PPC 2002 - we want to try a wifi
video conference - and receive video on the PPC.

NetMeeting is not available for the Pocket PC. However...

Microsoft Research has a concept prototype called "Portrait" that is fully
functional. You can find a summary of its featues and a link to it at...

Look at SJPhone for an H.323 client that is advertised to
work with NetMeeting.

Otherwise Portrait, as Todd mentioned, is a good
alternative even though its not compatible with
NetMeeting. I use Portrait to talk with my brother
wireless iPAQ 3835 (mine) to his wireless iPAQ 3650. We do
audio only in this configuration. Video over a broadband
circuit is pretty good, ie. my 10/100 Mbps home LAN. Over
a dial link its pretty bad. Audio is very good over both
broadband and dialup however, meaning telephone or better
quality.
