I can't see any difference between it and 3.6 - The release notes say
better USB support, but they haven't fixed the W2k/AMD-USB/BSOD
problem yet.

Whilst there may be updates 'under the skin', the only visible difference I
can see is that some of the icons have changed to a more 'XP' style.

Some bugfixes (like the "inbox" bug that occurs sometimes doing a backup via
activesync), some stilish new icons, and voices say it should be pocketpc
2003 enabled :)

Yes
For me, I don't get any backup errors as it tried to backup special files
and it seems much quicker.

I upgraded from 3.6 that was working OK. I can connect my 3855 to my
desktop, get the window that says I am connected, but I cannont sync my 3855
with my desktop machine.
Anyone had this problem and know how to fix it.
Thanks ......Ron Holt
Try disconnecting you iPaq, go in the file menu and delete the partnership.
Then reconnect the pda and let it sync again.

Quicker -- I've noticed this too.
