red x in small box is all that appears

red x in small box is all that appears when I try to down load forms from the
inland revenue website. Can anyone suggest what changes I need to make to
allow these forms to display. I do not know why they wont display now as I
made no changes to settings and They used to display before.

Several issues here... need more info such as a url and a specific form
you can't download... plus your device make/model/os

the "x" is normally indicating that you have images turned off or the
browser can't load them.

pdf's will not "display" in pie but should prompt a download... more
info please

If the site is java based, you may not be able to access the forms.

Most downloadable "forms" are pdf, so you will need to have a pdf viewer
to view them... http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readerforppc.html

the above is the only ppc reader that I know of which has any forms
support and that is hearsay only.

I think it is something quiet simple as in a settings problem, as I have
accessed forms before.
I have tried turning off norton firewall temporarily but this did not work.
I have deleted browsing all history and it did not work.
I have adobe acrobat reader.
i do not know how to check if the site is java based .
My sister has the same computer as me and the forms display for her.
