I installed GPS 3000 from Navman , but GPS is not working.
Is there an known conflict(hardware ) if yes is there already apatch ??

More than likely you have the COM port setting incorrect.
No, no known problems of any significance, only malfunctioning manipulators.

then set the com and speed to COM4 or COM5 and 57600 respectively.
