LI-ION hx214 pins?

Hi, that' my first item in this community :-))

did someone know the pin-description of the LI-ION Akku used by the
PPC hx214. I want to use this Standard-Akku in my own circuit.

Do you mean the iPAQ hx2100? the iPAQ 210? The hx2410? There's no "hx214".

Nevertheless, if you don't find any info, any multimeter will do
determining the plus and the minus. They're, in general, the left/rightmost
ones with all batteries. Using multimeters in Voltage (as opposed to
Amperage) mode can't blow up any battery; that is, you can safely measure
these all.
