How to get Adobe Flash work in Microsoft IE on Windows 5.0 CE

My device is netbook using Windows CE 5.0 operating system. Even I downloaded
Flash 6 for Pocket PC and it installed succesfully, I'm still getting error
on Flash enabled web pages that Flash isn't installed. Adobe test page tells
me that I need at least Flash 4.X or higher. Flash 6 should be higher than 4.
X?
Anyone have ideas?
