Multimedia Audio Controller

I get a message that niether the Multimedia Controller or Multimedia Audio
Controller and installed on my system and when I check the device manager is
say the drivers are not install and gives a (code 1) message......

What can I do????

I do not have a disc to install the drivers non will it allow me to search
the internet to find a driver

Please can someone helpme - I am a real computer novice

We're not phsychic. What device and O/S? If it's Mobile 5 or newer they're
in ROM(can't be deleted). Have you tried to warm reset the device? that may
reinstall them.

Hopefully someone can give better advice but if it's 5 or newer a cold reset
will bring things back to the last ROM update(more or less factory new). It
will also cause loss of data so back up first. IOW last resort. Good Luck.
