If you are looking to create Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) enabled telephony applications where you can dial as well as receive phone calls and as well as if you want to include Interactive Voice Response and Callback Systems to your application then you can try http://www.voipcore.com/.
Also, using this s/w, you can convert existing telephony applications into other SIP supported products.

But voipcore is just an old version of Abto Voip Sip SDK from http://www.voipsipsdk.com/ . Why bother with old versions?

It quite seems a spam message rather than a real recommendation, however, I decided to reply because I am now in this topic. I search for a reliable and stable SIP SDK. I found that this mentioned one is stoled from a company (many news are about it). So I leave this one out of my testings...

Among the other SDKs I came across with Ozeki VoIP SIP SDK (voip-sip-sdk dot com) and I tend to choose this one because it is for .Net and beside the helpful sample programs the support team helps me a lot during the test period (I can present the results to my boss quicker). Those who also in search for the right SDK may also try the Ozeki SIP SDK as well.
