error codes for adofiltr.dll

Does anybody know where i can find an exhaustive list of
adofiltr.dll error codes. I have already checked
microsoft knowledge base article 209050 and this does not
list all the error codes!!! I am getting -2147023170
error on a DEVICETODESKTOP call.

I can't remember exactly, but if you search microsofts
site for "common com errors" or something like that, you
should get a page with almost all the COM errors. The
ADOCE3.1 SDK comes with a help file that has a list of
errors for ADOCE.

AFAIK, that error is undocumented and caused by a bug in Pocket PC 2003.

Basically, you cannot overwrite a file using Desktoptodevice anymore. You
must delete the file on the device first, then copy it down again.

If you search the PocketPC Developers newsgroup for the "Overwrite file in
PPc2003?" thread you will find some example code you can adapt to your
situation. Be sure to read to the end of the thread as the last post has a
slight correction to the code that you may need.
