How many ports are available on Windows Mobile OS? Is it 65536 or something
else? What values can be set up as my TS port, and is 0 (zero) included?

You can use pretty much any of the ports. CE doesn't really limit the port
you choose, however, some ports are reserved by applications which have
reserved ports set aside for them--you shouldn't use those ports. Also port
0 is a special port #, if you choose to bind to 0, the system will bind you
to the first unreserved and unused port.
