PAP Authentication for L2TP/IPSec VPN Connection

Dear all,

I would like to use PAP authentication instead of CHAP for
L2TP/IPSec VPN connection. I use rapiconfig.exe to upload
the following configuration to Pocket PC 2003. It seems
that although I have set <parm name="RequireEncryptedPw"
value="0"/> and <parm name="RequireMsEncryptedPw"
value="0"/>, CHAP is still be used.

Do you have any idea?
