Hello, I want to develop IPSec NDIS driver on Windows Mobile.

If end-user use my customaize driver on Windows Mobile for IPSec supported,

do i get to essential the certification from MS ?

If yes, How can i get certification?

I'm a primary programmer on Windows Mobile.
