My HTC P4350 running low on free storage space

Hello - I added 2GB of storage card to my HTC P4350. I also moved the
following folders/files to storage card:

Templates
Personal
My Documents
I have also deleted ALL video, audio, and picture files. Yet, my HTC
repeatedly displays the following message:
Your phone is running low on free storage space. Delete old or unused
items to create more space.
Memory Settings are as below:
Storage: Total 33.45 MB; In use: 32.80 MB; Free: 0.66 MB
Program: Total: 43.87 MB; In use: 30.50 MB; Free: 13.37 MB
Looking for a resolution to this issue. If this is the wrong
newsgroup, would you advise with the appropriate newgroups, please?

Your IE cache has probably filled your storage memory. Go to IE Mobile and
tap Menu, Options, Tools, Memory, Delete Files. I do this once a wek or so.
