On my Desktop Microsoft ActiveSync window at the contact,
calendar and inbox lines the message is
Check the device status.
I do not know how to set up my service information
Help please
DEV_9 is a Server ActiveSync error message. If you aren't using Server
ActiveSync (ie synchronizing to an Exchange 2003 or MIS server), then
go into Tools -> Options in ActiveSync, and ensure that the "connect
to server" box is unchecked at the bottom of the page.
