How to coverage for the code of context m,enu handler

Hi,

I've created an ATL project for creating context menu handler.
There is no way to get coverage by using Pure Coverage/Numega True
coverage for the executed code since the dll can only be invoked by
explorer.exe

Can some help out with this coverage problem.
