I use the TAPI with an ordinary V.90 modem (TRENDnet TFM-560). After
initalizing the TAPI, I call "lineGetDevCaps" and in some situations it
tells me that the line does not line have the capability to make calls, i.e.
the LINEFEATURE_MAKECALL bit is not set.
This seems to be reported by the modem before actually dialling.
Anyone have a clue which feature of the modem is queried by the modem driver
to find out whether the line has the capability to make calls, i.e. which
(AT) modem commands are exchanged between Windows and the modem?
Any help appreciated.
Chris
