Creating VPN Dial-up profiles from command line

I need to realize the following:

From a web page I have a database with a lot of parameters, and in detail:

Remote host:
username
password
protocol type

I would like to create a button to immediately create on my client (windows
XP or VISTA or 7) a dialup profile for a vpn connection to launch via
rasdial.exe

I have the followind parameters:

remote host:
username/password
protocol type

How can I create this connection from the command line?
