AAAA query via LLA address?

I got this information from some documents that ipv6-only Vista (ipv4 stack
is disabled) will not issue AAAA queries when it has no global ipv6
addresses, is this correct?
Because I found my Vista does send AAAA queries using LLA source address.
And how about ULA? will vista send AAAA queries using ULA source address?
