Carefully go through the instructions in the tutorial section
"Specifying Shortcuts". The most likely problem is that when you
exported the Icon table from Orca, you overlooked the folder that was
created called "Binary". When you import icon.idt, that Binary folder
_has_ to be a child of the folder where the icon.idt file is.

You can confirm this is the error you made by opening your current
MNP2000.msi with orca, going to the Icon table, and I'm willing to bet
that the table has no "[Binary Data]" beside orca_icon.exe, unlike what
is shown in the tutorial. In other words, you are missing the actual
icon file. Maybe this was not an error on your part, but something to
do with file names on your system.

In any case, double-click that [Binary Data] (or where it should be if
it is not there), and a dialog will allow you to replace or put in the
binary data by browsing to an existing file. Browse to the file that
the original export from Orca.msi placed inside the Binary folder at the
same time as it created icon.idt (sorry I am not a development system
now, so I can't tell you what that file was called. Something .bin I
think)

Try the MSI SDK 2.0 tool "wilogutl.exe" for some additional analysis - it is
a new tool for 2.0 - wasn't even in 1.5 beta.
