Hi,
There is hidden Config.Msi directory on my system drive. It contains about
20 MB of .rbf files. What this files are for? Is it safe to delete them?

.rbf files are normally the temporary files created when a file is in use.
Mostly the file will be gone once the computer is rebooted. It is also
possible that something really went bad with the installation and the file
is orphaned.

If the file is around after I will say two rounds of reboots, then it is
probably ok to delete them. What can happen is say the installer kicks in at
the reboot time for whatever reason, and runs through silently. You might
never notice that it actually run. An rbf file might be created in this case
also, and normally two rounds of reboot should be able to clean this up.
