Visual Studio Installer options

Hi,

i made a deployment using VSI, i need to do the following things:
1. overwrite files even if they are the same version or date.
2. remove the dialog that says the a previous installation is done and
needed to be removed before installing this package (this happens if i the
package was installed already)
3. remove the repair/remove dialog when trying to re-install.

actually what i want is that the package will be installed in any case and
will overwrite all files.

i know there is a way of modifying the .msi file by using Orca but i am
trying to find a better and maybe easier way.
