Limitations in .net deployment projects?

Hi,
I'm new to the .net deployment technology so I'm wondering
if someone could provide me with a few answers:

*)Is it possible to run custom actions on user dialogs
before the files are copied to the target machine?
*)Is it possible to control the way the user dialogs are
displayed (e.g if the user selects a certain component a
new dialog will appear, and if the component isn't selcted
a differen dialog appears?) before the files are copied to
the target machine?
*)Does most of the same functionality exist in .net
deployment as in e.g Installshield or Wise?

All of these requirements are pretty much stratight forward, and could be
implemented without much hassle. As told in this room many times, the tool
from MS is very basic. If you want to do extra stuff, a commercial tool will
be very handy.
