Libraries required for ADSI client

I am developing an application that uses ADSI to connect to the Active
Directory and retrieve some information.

When i deploy my application do i also have to deploy the ADSI libraries (
activeds.dll) ? Are the ADSI libraries installed as part of core Windows OS
installation?

I couldn't find the activeds.dll file on my Windows XP machine.

Any help is appreciated.

Dear Sami:

You don't have to deploy your application with activeds.dll. It always
installed with windows.
