OWA not working

Hello

Currently I am running a SBS 2003 server, and up untill a short time ago
every thing was working. Then my boss (runs a vista laptop and a blackberry)
stop gaining access to his email through a VPN connection with an error on
the server cert.

I recreated and installed the server cert and now the VPN works, but the
Remote Web Workplace stoped.

I have been able to restore the Remote Web Workplace, but after yo login the
link to OWA errors out with an error of (Internet Explorer cannot display the
webpage)
the error onthe page says (permission denied)

We run SBS 2003, Exchange 2003, ISA 2004, IIS 6.0.

What do I need to do to get this running again, this is the connection the
boss uses for his Blackberry?
